Personalized Notebook

So I carry this notebook around with me everywhere I go... filled with To-Do lists, projects, Decor Ideas ect. buuuut it's out of control and in no order what so ever, which drives me crazy, cause I like orderliness... so I bought a new notebook, and decided since NO notebook out there will meet my needs, I would have to create one that will...
here is my old notebook, as you can see lots of scribbles, clippings, and paint swatches....

New notebook: basic college ruled notebook, purse size, of course (sorry this picture is crappy)
I'm not too picky, I basically just wanted specific tabs put in... so I got 7 pieces of scrapbook paper, cut to fit the pages of the notebook.
printed off the categories I wanted each tab to be...
cut tabs
glued the categories onto the tabs... I could have just put in a pink piece of cardstock into the printer but I wanted this hot pink and it was not a full piece of paper...
glued the tabs onto the edges on the paper in the appropriate place, each one a little lower than the next... measure it all out before you glue them on...
then glued the new tab onto a sheet in the notebook...
and done, it's perfect because I can decide how much space I need between each category, and when I use up this notebook I can just rip out the tab, trim it up and paste it into a new notebook... cause this certainly isn't gonna last me too long, there's only 100 pages in it...
